A leading leisure management company in Oxford is seeking a Swimming Coordinator to implement and oversee the swimming lesson program. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and relevant swimming teaching qualifications. Responsibilities include increasing participant numbers, managing lesson bookings, and instructing activities.

Working Hours: 20 hours per week to cover a mixture of shifts including weekends
Salary: £16,417.84 per annum + excellent benefits
Additional 12 hours Swim Teacher shifts are also available and being paid at £22.50 per hour

In this role, the successful Swimming Co-ordinator will implement and control on-site administration, contributing to the operation and development of the Swimming Lesson programme and have responsibility for the safety and skill advancement of the pupils in your care.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
