More about your role

As the Swimming Coordinator, you will manage the swim programme, schedule 1:1 lessons, coordinate school swim programmes, and oversee swim teachers. You will deliver excellent customer service to pool users. You will lead Swimming Instructors, motivating and instructing pupils, helping non-swimmers become confident and supporting swimmers in achieving their fitness goals.

The successful candidate will have management experience and a background in swimming. A commitment to ongoing Personal Development (attending at least 2 courses/workshops annually) and good knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway are essential.
