Serco (on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust) seeks a Swimming Coordinator at The Weald Sport Centre, Cranbrook, TN17 2PN. You will lead a swimming lessons programme, develop sessions and work with schools and partners to grow participation and ensure high-quality experiences.
Part-time permanent role with 15 hours per week plus additional teaching hours to reach 40 hours weekly, with shifts Mon-Fri 9am–7pm and Sat/Sun 8am–12pm; DBS required.

Hourly Rate: £13.57 plus excellent benefits

You'll work closely with colleagues, customers, schools and community partners to grow participation, create innovative opportunities, and ensure every swimmer receives a high-quality experience. Our work touches lives every day, and your work will have purpose by helping deliver a positive impact on communities while supporting growth and an active future for local people.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
