Job summary

Huntingdonshire District Council (HDC) seeks qualified swim teachers for roles at Ramsey and Sawtry Leisure Centres. You will deliver high-quality lessons that build confidence and skills for swimmers of all ages and abilities in a supportive team.

The position requires Swim England or STA Level 2, a positive attitude, and strong communication with swimmers and parents. An enhanced DBS check and right-to-work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified swimming teacher with Swim England or STA Level 2.
• Passion for teaching and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Great communication and rapport with swimmers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Create engaging, enjoyable sessions that progress learners while maintaining safety.
• DBS check is required and right to work in the UK must be evidenced.
