Job summary

Huntingdonshire District Council (HDC) seeks qualified swim teachers for roles at Ramsey and Sawtry Leisure Centres. You will deliver high-quality lessons that build confidence and skills for swimmers of all ages and abilities in a supportive team.

The position requires Swim England or STA Level 2, a positive attitude, and strong communication with swimmers and parents. An enhanced DBS check and right-to-work in the UK are required.

We have roles at both our Ramsey and Sawtry sites. Please indicate which location you would prefer.

About you

A recognised swimming teaching qualification (Swim England or STA Level 2)

A passion for teaching and a positive, can‑do attitude

Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with swimmers and parents.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
