Job summary

Nuffield Health Wakefield FWC is seeking a Part Time Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons within our pool environment. You will need ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and bring strong communication with customers of all ages.

You will gain experience hitting targets and collaborating with colleagues to raise lesson performance while promoting our gym memberships and facility benefits. Bank-based hours offer ad-hoc scheduling.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.

Up to £18.50 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
