Everyone Active is seeking qualified swim teachers to join our team at Millom Leisure Centre. We offer an award-winning program and a supportive environment where you can deliver high-quality lessons.

We provide ongoing training, a supremely competitive hourly rate and a free membership to our 200+ centres nationwide. Hours vary across days, evenings and weekends to suit you.

At Millom Leisure Centre

Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons are among the best in the business, and our superb swim teachers are a key part of that success. To help keep up these very high standards, we’re looking for fully qualified – Swim England or equivalent– swim teachers to join our teams of inspirational instructors at Everyone Active’s centres around the country.

If you think you fit these criteria, we’d love to hear more from you. We need you to hold a minimum level 2 swim teacher qualification but most of all, you need to be passionate about helping people learn this vital and fun life skill.

There are a variety of hours available covering, days, evenings and weekends.
