Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a qualified Swim Teacher to join our Abbey Fields team in Kenilworth. You will deliver engaging swimming lessons, ensuring safety and encouraging progress for learners of all ages.

The role offers flexible hours across days, evenings and weekends, with a highly competitive hourly rate and access to membership benefits at over 200 centres nationwide. Applicants should hold Swim England Level 2 or an equivalent qualification and demonstrate a genuine passion for helping

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum level 2 swim teacher qualification (Swim England or equivalent).
• Demonstrated passion for helping people learn this vital and fun life skill.
• Hours vary across days, evenings and weekends; part-time/casual shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to learners of all ages and abilities.
• Ensure learner safety and adhere to pool safety procedures.
• Provide encouraging and constructive feedback to learners and guardians.

There are a variety of hours available covering days, evenings and weekends.
