Job summary

Everyone Active in Alton is seeking a Swim Manager to lead delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming at Alton Sports Centre. The role requires a highly motivated leader with excellent management and communication skills, capable of creating effective promotional campaigns and increasing membership.

You will build strong partnerships with sporting colleagues, manage staff and ensure DBS clearance before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and leadership roles.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Knowledge of swimming and a relevant qualification.
• DBS check required prior to starting.

This is a key role within the centre and requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns and increase membership levels.
