Swim Manager

Hemel Hempstead FWC | Fitness | Permanent | Part Time

Up to £28,786.34 pro rata depending on experience

15 hours per week

Based at our Hemel Hempstead Wellbeing Centre, the ideal candidate will hold an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or have management experience with a track record of delivering commercial targets. Passion for helping multiple generations learn to swim, strong team working skills, and an infectious enthusiasm to inspire others are essential.

About the Role

• Ensure clients, from complete beginners to experienced swimmers, enjoy their time at our pool by bringing enthusiasm and passion for swimming.

• Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the Management Team.

• Manage and oversee swim class programming, including governance, sales, and service delivery within the centre.

• Drive continuous improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.

• Act as a role model for responsible conduct among team members.
