Blast Off Bay in Goddard, KS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team for our newly launching Tiny Fins Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach children and adults how to swim in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities include teaching lessons, ensuring safety, evaluating progress, developing lesson plans, and communicating with parents and guardians.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard.
• Current lifeguard certification.
• Strong swimming ability and knowledge of different strokes.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to individuals or small groups.
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area.
• Evaluate swimmers' progress and provide feedback.
