Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to coach and inspire members of all ages in one-to-one or group sessions at Shrewsbury.

You will deliver high-quality experiences, prioritise safety and progression, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive club culture. The role requires Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to delivering exceptional member
