Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Shrewsbury is looking for a passionate Swimming Instructor to join our team. You will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to reach their swimming goals, whether in one-to-one or group sessions, within a welcoming health club.

Eligibility requires Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent. Strong communication, collaboration and a proactive mindset are essential to delivering an excellent member experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who delivers high-quality member experience.
