Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor for Farnborough and Farnham sites, working on the bank to provide flexible, customer-focused swimming lessons. You’ll require a ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification and a friendly, professional approach to teaching.

Deliver one-to-one or group sessions within the Swim England framework, helping clients progress while promoting member benefits and services across our fitness facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Ability to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons using Swim England framework.
• Friendly, approachable manner and good communication with customers.

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop

Swim Instructor

Farnborough FWC and Farnham FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time |

Up to £23 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
