Job summary

Virgin Active in Sheffield is seeking two Swim Instructors to join our Family Activities Team. You will inspire swimmers of all ages through engaging lessons, creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment, and delivering world-class member experiences.

You will require Swim England/ASA Level 2 or STA Level 2, promote classes, keep attendance records, and work with management to hit targets. Perks include extensive annual leave, pension, and group discounts.

Qualifications

• Swim England/ASA Level 2 in Teaching Swimming or STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in customer facing environment.
• Flexible, friendly and approachable with ability to connect with members of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver swimming lessons to a diverse member base.
• Create a safe, fun learning environment and deliver high-quality sessions.
• Record attendance and track improvements in fitness against targets.
