Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor in Ilford on a bank basis to deliver safe and engaging swimming lessons. You’ll work with swimmers of all ages, use Swim England framework, and promote our facilities and memberships.

Ideal candidates hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, with strong communication and people skills. Bank shifts offer flexibility with our site needs and member benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering one-to-one or group lessons.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.
