Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor for Ilford FWC, Pool, Bank, Part Time. You’ll deliver safe, effective swimming lessons to customers under the Swim England framework, holding ASA/Swim England Level 2 qualifications and a friendly, communicative approach.

This bank role offers up to £20.65 per hour depending on experience, with a benefits package. You will work across our fitness and wellbeing sites, engaging learners of all ages and abilities while promoting memberships and healthy

Qualifications

• Requires ASA/Swim England Level 2 qualification
• Confident, approachable manner with great communication skills
• Commitment to safe, effective swimming instruction

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve swimming goals
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Promote memberships by explaining facility advantages
• Help learners develop techniques and safety awareness
• Support colleagues to improve lesson performance
