Role Overview

Your role involves imparting essential swimming skills to students of all ages, conducting engaging lessons, and prioritising safety during classes. Your working hours are flexible from Monday to Saturday, with competitive pay rates up to £25 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who are born to swim and eager to embrace our Swimming Nature method. To qualify, candidates must:

• Hold a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior experience in customer-facing/service roles
• Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, though we can provide training if necessary)
• Showcase excellent swimming ability, with up-to-date knowledge of the sport
