Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor (Bank) at Stoke Fitness and Wellbeing Gym to deliver safe and effective swimming lessons. You must hold ASA Level 2 or an equivalent qualification and have experience coaching swimmers of all ages. The role is bank-based, ad-hoc, with pay up to £16.50 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Experience achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.

• Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Have a talent for coaching that meets people’s individual needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer.
