Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor in Yeovil on a bank, part-time basis. You’ll provide safe, engaging swimming lessons to customers, delivering both one-to-one and group classes at our Yeovil site.

The role requires ASA/Swim England Level 2 qualification, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people of all ages swim confidently and safely.

Qualifications

• Requires ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Strong communication and people skills for all ages.
• Experience delivering safe, effective swimming instruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one or group swimming lessons.
• Engage swimmers to achieve goals and track progress.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility benefits.
