Job summary

Nuffield Health in St Albans is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor to deliver swimming lessons across groups and individuals. You’ll run sessions in line with the Swim England framework, ensuring safety and progress for swimmers of all ages.

With ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, and strong people skills, you’ll join our bank/ad-hoc hours, earning up to £21 per hour depending on experience. Holiday and pension benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons is a plus.

Swim Instructor

St Albans| Fitness | Bank | Part time
Up to £21.00 per hour depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
