Swim Instructor (Bank)

Leicester | Swim | Bank Contract - Ad hoc

Up to £16 per hour

As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and excellent communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with good people skills and a love for swimming. We work with swimmers of all ages and abilities, following the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience in achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to improve lesson performance.

As a Swim Instructor, you will:

  1. Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.

  2. Help people learn and develop through every opportunity.

  3. Deliver both one-to-one lessons and group classes.

  4. Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.

  5. Tailor your teaching to meet individual needs.

  6. Promote memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities.
