Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good communication and people skills to work with customers.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive, engaging role model with a fun approach.
• Tailor teaching to meet each learner's needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility benefits.
