Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Bank Swim Instructor to provide safe, effective swimming lessons on an ad-hoc basis across our fitness sites. Candidates should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and enjoy working with people of all ages.

You will deliver one-to-one or group lessons within the Swim England framework, inspire learners, and promote the benefits of our facilities while modelling a positive, engaging approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2.
• Proven teaching ability with good communication and people skills.
• Ability to adapt lessons to different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Have a talent for teaching that meets learners' needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer.
