Job Description:

Our client is a leading leisure trust that operates Leisure Centres in Essex. They are currently looking to expand their team and are recruiting Swim Co-ordinators for their operations. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week.

This role involves coordinating a high-quality i-Swim programme and ensuring a professional, welcoming, and inclusive environment for swim lessons. Swim Co-ordinators will supervise Swim Instructors daily and promote the importance and benefits of learning to swim.

You, along with the Centre Management Team, will organize staff rotas and lesson schedules to meet programme requirements and customer needs. You will ensure high standards of lesson delivery, cover classes as needed, and be proactive in enhancing the customer experience while maintaining swimmer safety and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate must hold a nationally recognized qualification for swim instruction, such as ASA/Swim England Level 2, STA, or an equivalent qualification.
