Are you looking for flexible work during the Winter months, as a Night Shelter (SWEP) Bank Support Worker in Cheltenham? Are you passionate about supporting rough sleepers, people street living with varying levels of support needs, and histories of entrenched or repeated homelessness throughout the winter months?

The Role

This winter CCP is involved with providing and supporting emergency accommodation across Cheltenham, to enable rough sleepers to come in out of freezing temperatures and yellow weather warnings in line with the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP).

We are looking for people to join the team as a SWEP Worker to aid rough sleeper support work in Cheltenham. We are looking for flexible workers who can support us as and when we may need assistance. This will be waking Nights during the week and weekends.

To be successful in this role, you\'ll need to be patient, kind, resilient and professional, with a calm and caring approach.
