Glasgow Clyde College is seeking an experienced professional to assess candidates using National Occupational Standards at level 2 and 3 within the Faculty of Future Technologies and Design. You will monitor progress, maintain attendance and assessment records, and ensure clear communication with line management and stakeholders.
Experience assessing SVQs in Manufacturing Engineering is essential; an HNC or equivalent and SVQ Level 3 are required.
The Faculty of Future Technologies and Design requires an experienced professional to assess a range of candidates using National Occupational Standards at level 2 & 3.
With extensive knowledge and occupational competence in the field of Manufacturing Engineering and the operation of SVQs, the successful applicant will monitor candidates’ progress, maintain attendance and assessment records and ensure appropriate communication with the candidates’ line management.
The College is seeking the right person has an organised and enthusiastic work ethic. You will have the ability to communicate and engage with a range of stakeholders such as internal employees, external organisations and our own learners. The mentality to be a team player, along with the capacity to work on their own initiative and contribute positively to the Energy and Building Services School is also key to the role.
If you have experience assessing SVQs in Manufacturing Engineering, a relevant HNC or equivalent and an SVQ Level 3 along with the skills described, we would like to hear from you.
