You will assess against National Occupational Standards at Level 3, work with learners and employers, and contribute to CPD and student success within a dynamic college environment. The role may involve flexible working patterns and site attendance across campuses.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering with CPD to stay current.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills for candidate engagement.
• Experience in assessing against standards and working with employers.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide learners and employers in work-based environments.
