• Significant senior Product leadership experience within an established SaaS, enterprise software or comparable large-scale digital product business.
• Proven record of managing multiple products, senior leadership teams and substantial commercial portfolios.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics, growth, retention, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
• Technical fluency across software engineering, product development and modern AI capabilities.
• The ability to lead strategically while remaining close enough to the detail to make a difference.
• Commercial ambition, curiosity and the energy to succeed in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Previous CPO, SVP Product, VP Product or Group Product leadership experience would be particularly relevant.
