Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Are you a self-starter passionate about health economics and outcomes research? Do you lead teams confidently and possess strong business acumen? We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling (ESDM) HEOR team.

Position Summary:

The SVP, MD, Capability Lead reports to the Head of Evidence Solutions and is responsible for developing the Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capability, building client relationships, growing business, managing team performance, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee evidence synthesis and economic model development projects
  • Communicate study strategies and results clearly to stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate across units
  • Lead project quality, timelines, and financial performance
  • Manage team development and mentoring
  • Support strategic planning and process development
  • Build client partnerships and drive new business
  • Travel as required

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, or related field
  • 15+ years in HEOR research, business development, or leadership
  • Experience managing research teams
  • Technical knowledge of outcomes research and health economics
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and client relationship skills
