Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Do you possess business acumen, knowledge of business financials, and have a proven track record of success? If so, we want to talk to you! We are growing and seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our ESDM HEOR team.

Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Capability Lead, reports directly to the Head of Evidence Solutions. Responsible for developing the Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capability, building and creating new business, cultivating client relationships, and managing the team’s performance and culture.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, demonstrated by relevant publications
• Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
• Understands the strengths and limitations of research methods and can propose tailored solutions
• Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results to various stakeholders
• Aligns business and team goals, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates across units

What you can expect day to day:

• Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
• Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
• Reviewing and approving deliverables
• Leading team development and mentoring
• Contributing to resource planning and strategic initiatives
• Supporting effective communication and morale within teams
• Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals
• Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
• Supporting research leads in client management, project delivery, and sales
• Collaborating with leadership on business strategy and growth

Requisite experience and qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in health-related field or sciences
• 15+ years of high-impact HEOR experience, including leadership and business development
• Experience managing research teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Broad knowledge of outcomes research, health economics, and payer/HTA landscape
• Strong business and strategic skills
• Excellent technical and strategic writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Leadership qualities, team development skills, and client relationship management
