Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Manager for Liquidity Management Services to lead end-to-end product strategy across the UK and Europe, focusing on deposit products, liquidity management and profitability.

You will partner with Treasury, Finance and Sales, drive pricing governance, regulatory compliance, and data-driven insights, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Banking or Corporate Treasury.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management, balance sheet optimisation.
• Regulatory familiarity with UK/European frameworks (PRA/FCA, LCR/NSFR).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for deposit services and liquidity across UK/Europe.
• Optimise balance sheet and funding costs aligning with LCR/NSFR.
• Define commercialisation strategies and client engagements across the region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk governance across products.
