Job summary

Morningstar DBRS is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Fundamental Ratings Team in London. The role focuses on Asset Finance, including Project Finance, PPP, and Infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning methodology application, rating committee leadership, and thought leadership within the group.

The candidate should have 10+ years of credit experience, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of fundamental credit experience with substantial exposure at a rating agency or similar organization.
• Demonstrated depth of experience in Asset Finance credit sectors (e.g. Project Finance, PPP and Infrastructure).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex analyses for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject‐matter expert to analytical teams covering Asset Finance and related sectors.
• Provide guidance on complex credit issues and macroeconomic conditions affecting credit quality.
• Participate in, and Chair Rating Committees; identify cross‐sector themes and systemic risks.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Morningstar DBRS methodologies across asset classes.
