Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in design or sustaining engineering.
• Experience managing design changes and lifecycle activities.
• Background in a regulated industry.
• Strong CAD experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Knowledge of design verification, validation, risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Degree in engineering or HND/HNC with significant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for assigned product ranges.
• Drive design transfer and product change initiatives.
• Manage engineering change projects from concept through implementation.
• Support ongoing maintenance of technical and design documentation.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, verification activities, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain product data, drawings, specifications, and BOMs within PLM systems.
• Investigate product issues and implement robust engineering solutions.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and customers as required.
