SLR Consulting seeks a senior leader to expand its Sustainable Waste Management M&A capabilities. You will win and deliver end-to-end due diligence for waste management, infrastructure and environmental projects, leveraging strong market relationships to grow client engagements across the UK and abroad.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial and technical due diligence, bid development, and the ability to engage with investors and senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading due diligence in waste management, infrastructure and environmental sectors.
• Proven ability to win and deliver high-level M&A support for clients.
• Strong commercial and technical support capabilities with sector knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end due diligence projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Drive business development and secure M&A opportunities for the SWM team.
• Manage client expectations and communicate findings to investors and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and forecasted outcomes across projects.
• Mentor and develop mid-grade and junior staff on service offerings.
