Job summary

Foxway is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Braintree, Essex. You will join a team supporting refurbishment of IT equipment, with full training provided. The role involves stock handling, order picking, packing, and assisting with IT asset reconfiguration.

You will work on a three‑week rolling shift rota with three 12‑hour shifts per week, and enjoy benefits like on-site parking, training opportunities, and a friendly, safety‑conscious workplace.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Windows and performing accurate data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Positive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries, unload, check quantities and book stock in.
• Sort, label, and stage stock for put-away, processing or dispatch.
• Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare consignments for dispatch and support carrier collections.
• Reconfiguration of IT assets with full training provided.
• Use scanners and systems to update stock movements and order status.
• Support stock counts and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Work to daily productivity targets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow warehouse processes, safety guidance and quality standards.
