IFM Investors in London invites an Associate, Sustainable Investment to join our Clients & Strategy team on an 8-month FTC. You will support sustainability reporting, coordinate across global teams and help progress IFM’s responsible investment initiatives.

The role offers exposure to climate reporting, governance, and investor communications, with opportunities to develop skills in ESG data, stakeholder engagement, and market insights in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Background in sustainability, finance, or ESG preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in parallel.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and cultures.
• Willingness to learn and meet hard deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of sustainability reporting and external SI reporting.
• Assist with sustainability initiatives including climate and human rights.
• Coordinate inputs for RFPs and investor requests.
• Help develop marketing materials and presentations for SI strategy and outcomes.
• Review investor expectations and peer reporting, propose improvements.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal communications.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects across the SI team.
• Collaborate across time zones, including early mornings/evenings.
