Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; CFA designation is an asset.
• Experience in infrastructure, power or energy equity or credit investing, advisory, M&A, leveraged or project finance, or restructuring.
• Strong research, analytical, financial modelling, valuation and problem-solving skills; ability to justify investment recommendations.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear investment insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in deadline-driven environments such as investment banking or private markets.

Responsabilités

• Conduct industry, market, asset-level and financial research to support origination, evaluation and execution.
• Review due diligence, identify information gaps, and perform credit analysis with findings presented to teams and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models, run valuations, assess assumptions and sensitivity.
• Assess financing terms, covenants, security and drawdown conditions; stress-test debt structures.
• Prepare investment reviews covering dynamics, merits and risks, expected returns and transaction structure.
• Monitor portfolio investments and update analyses as conditions evolve.
• Support investment strategy, deal origination, relationship management and cross-functional initiatives.
