Job summary

Ramboll UK is seeking an Engineer to join the Civil Engineering / Infrastructure team. You will work on civil and infrastructure design across projects, integrate with multi-disciplinary teams, and develop towards ICE Chartership while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes delivering design through RIBA stages, strong communication, and ongoing professional development with Ramboll’s supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Technical background in civil engineering with SuDS, drainage and earthworks design.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical reports.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Actively working toward CEng or IEng.
• Interest in learning new skills and progression.
• Desirable: InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to civil and infrastructure design delivery across projects.
• Support integration of civil design with other disciplines.
• Develop skills to represent Ramboll with clients.
• Contribute to health, safety and quality best practice.
• Support business development and bids.
• Take ownership of career development toward ICE Chartership.
