Job summary

Ramboll in the United Kingdom and Ireland is seeking an Engineer to join the Civil Engineering / Infrastructure team. You will contribute to civil and infrastructure design across SuDS, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and highways, bringing multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion.

This role emphasizes teamwork, client liaison, and progress toward ICE Chartership, with a flexible and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree with up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards.
• Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to produce technical reports.
• Active pursuit of CEng or IEng with a relevant institution.
• Willingness to learn new skills and progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and infrastructure design across SuDS, drainage, utilities, earthworks and highways.
• Coordinate civil design with other disciplines for constructible outcomes.
• Represent Ramboll with clients and stakeholders.
• Support health, safety and quality practices across the team (CDM).
• Contribute to business development and discipline-specific bids.
• Progress toward ICE Chartership.
