The role requires UK project experience, strong design and technical ability, and confident communication across education, SEND, residential, healthcare and community-led schemes.

You will work through design, planning, technical and delivery stages, coordinating with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect
• UK-based architectural project experience
• Strong design and technical ability
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience working across RIBA stages

Responsibilities

• Develop design proposals and coordinated project information
• Produce drawings and technical documentation
• Support planning, technical design and construction stages
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
• Contribute to design reviews and project delivery
