Refresco is seeking an Energy & Water Program Lead to drive sustainability across its UK operations. This pivotal role involves collaborating with European engineering teams, implementing energy and water reduction strategies, and leading projects that improve operational efficiency. This role is at the forefront of a Europe-wide initiative, working in close partnership with our European Engineering Team. As the UK lead, you’ll spearhead the local Energy & Water Reduction Program, working across multiple manufacturing sites and collaborating with international peers to deliver meaningful results.

About the Role
As the Energy & Water Program Lead for the UK, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our environmental sustainability agenda. Embedded within the Engineering function, you will lead the local deployment of a strategic European initiative aimed at reducing energy and water usage across all UK operations.
This is a highly collaborative and visible role, interfacing with local plant teams, national business unit leaders, and a network of European engineering experts. Your mission will be to identify, design, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce consumption, and drive continuous improvement in resource management.
Success in this role will require strong technical expertise, project management acumen, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be empowered to lead change, shape sustainability strategies, and make a measurable impact on our environmental footprint—both locally and across Europe.
