Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a Sustainability & Technical Services Manager to join the Estates Team at Bispham. The role focuses on delivering sustainability and technical services across projects, combining building surveying expertise with procurement and compliance knowledge.
You will work within a busy Estates Team, supporting program delivery and ensuring project compliance, with a passion for sustainable outcomes and strong technical skills.

B&FC are recruiting for a Sustainability & Technical Services Manager to join our Estates Team. A great opportunity to work within the busy Estates Team providing sustainability and technical services support to the Project and wider estates teams. We are looking for a person who has both experience and a passion for sustainability alongside technical skills to support program and project management. We are looking for someone that has building surveying experience and qualifications together with knowledge and understanding of procurement and ensuring project compliance.
