We are seeking a Sustainability Team Leader to join our Assets department.

This role involves leading the delivery of carbon reduction retrofit projects and supporting the asset manager in meeting ambitious sustainability targets.

What we’re looking for:
  • Extensive experience in Asset Management
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Risk assessment ability for asset decisions
  • Proficiency with Asset Management systems
  • Experience in funding applications
  • Leadership experience in retrofit projects within social housing
