Responsibilities

• Use investment and fixed income expertise to collaborate on ESG research with analysts, portfolio managers, and others.
• Engage with issuers and prepare for effective discussions alongside the investment team.
• Improve ESG integration frameworks across fixed income sub-asset classes like securitized, municipal, and sovereign bonds.
• Communicate ESG research and stewardship activities to clients and external stakeholders.
• Represent MFS in sustainability organizations and initiatives.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Candidate Characteristics

• + years of experience in investment roles with at least 5 years in ESG and Fixed Income.
• CFA or MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Interest in sustainability.
