A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Sustainability Team at Pilgrim's Europe as a Sustainability Reporting Manager!

Location - Uxbridge or any Pilgrim's Europe site (5 days a week in the office)

Contract - Permanent, Full-time

Now, we are looking for a dynamic Sustainability Reporting Manager that will play a crucial role in delivering the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting activities within Pilgrim's Europe.

Key Responsibilities -
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sustainability related data and performance metrics, as well as guiding Pilgrim's Europe developing a reporting strategy and compliance with the relevant legal, trading and industry frameworks and regulations.
  • Develop and implement sustainability reporting frameworks and methodologies, to ensure Pilgrim's Europe compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, EU CSRD and local trading and industry reporting requirements.
  • Design and implement enhanced governance mechanisms to ensure adequate oversight and control over sustainability data and reporting.
  • Identify future trading and legislative requests, develop strategies for ensuring Pilgrim's Europe adheres to new requirements.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret sustainability related data, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate comprehensive reports, presentations, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and implement the Pilgrim's Europe sustainability reporting strategy, goals, and targets aligned with industry best practices and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging sustainability reporting trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks to continuously improve and evolve the Pilgrim's Europe sustainability data, reporting and disclosure practices.
  • Work with sustainability Subject Matter Experts to ensure clear collaboration and action on delivering reporting requirements.
  • Compliance with applicable sustainability related regulations, standards, guidelines and local trading and industry reporting requirements.
  • Governance and assurance of sustainability data.
  • Generation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pilgrim's Europe sustainability reporting strategy, goals, and targets.
  • Horizon scanning of emerging sustainability reporting trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks.
What We are Looking For
  • Degree in sustainability, finance or compliance disciplines
  • Demonstrable relevant experience and commercial acumen
  • Strong knowledge and experience of sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • A high sense of responsibility, strategical thinking, and operational drive
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, sustainability management software, and ESG data platforms.
  • Familiarity with ESG rating methodologies, benchmarking, and industry specific ESG issues.
  • Understanding of financial analysis, materiality assessments, and integration of ESG factors into investment decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple reporting initiatives, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel across Pilgrim's Europe value chain as required
