Acre is seeking an experienced Sustainability Project Manager to drive a varied portfolio across their premium London portfolio. You will lead projects from brief to procurement, delivery and evaluation, covering decarbonisation, energy efficiency, embodied carbon, environmental performance, resilience, supply chain and data reporting.

Working with the Head of Sustainability and cross-functional teams, you will influence how sustainability is delivered across the estate, engaging tenants,

Qualificações

• Strong project management skills across scope, programme, procurement, budgets, risk and stakeholders.
• Practical experience of property sustainability including carbon, energy, retrofit, EPC/MEES, waste, water, biodiversity or resilience.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and other delivery partners.
• Excellent ability to turn complex data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, commercially aware approach with focus on delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage projects from initial brief through to procurement, delivery and evaluation.
• Oversee a varied portfolio spanning decarbonisation, energy efficiency, embodied carbon, environmental performance, resilience, supply chain and data reporting.
• Engage with tenants, suppliers, local authorities and community groups to deliver sustainability across the estate.
