Job summary

London Gatwick is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Sustainability programme and related infrastructure initiatives within a live airport environment. You will report to the Capital Programme Director and oversee a high-performing team across procurement, delivery and transition into operations.

This role requires delivering complex, multi-year projects with strong stakeholder management, compliance with HSE standards, and adaptability to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-year programmes in infrastructure or construction.
• Experience managing teams of up to 20–30 people.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sustainability programme and related projects from procurement through to operations.
• Manage the programme team to meet objectives and timelines.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards across the programme and contractors.
• Identify risks and coordinate with contractors to keep projects on track.
