You will be joining the Airbus UK Sustainability National Representative function, helping drive the company's Sustainability Strategy across sites and divisions in the UK. Sustainability is a cornerstone of our purpose and vital to our future success. As a member of this team, you will translate corporate strategy into operational plans, coordinated through national and site-based roadmaps. The Sustainability National Representatives Network is a global network that operates in every nation and region where Airbus has a presence. This network locally drives the development of:
The main objective of this role is to support the UK Sustainability National Representative team with delivering key UK strategic sustainability projects and ensuring wide engagement of Airbus functions and divisions on sustainability topics. Projects may include scoping new sustainability projects and partnerships, data gathering and analysis for implementation of environmental topics (including wellbeing and biodiversity activities), delivering communications and engagement sessions such as Sustainability Week events or community impact projects with local or national NGOs, and thinking proactively about ways to engage employees on the sustainability journey.

You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
