About the Role

Sustainability Manager

We want to create a greener future, and we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Manager to lead on our sustainability initiatives.

What do I need?

A strong passion for ESG principles, with a proactive commitment to expanding expertise in this field, exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail are essential skills required to allow you to leverage data for performance assessment and improvement opportunities.

You should excel at turning raw data into engaging visualisations and reports using Power BI and Excel. With excellent communication and collaboration skills, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Your experience in producing management reports, delivering workshops, and influencing stakeholders will be key.

If you're a creative thinker with solid organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining confidentiality, we want to hear from you!

Preferred but not essential knowledge includes:

  • ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines, such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, TCFD, CSRD, and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Full GHG inventory measurement and reductions.
  • B Corp certification.
  • ISO 14001

What will you be doing?

The Sustainability Manager plays a crucial role in incorporating sustainability into the heart of our business strategy and operations. This position focuses on creating and executing sustainability strategies, improving our data collection and reporting abilities, as well as establishing policies and frameworks.

The Sustainability Manager will work closely with different teams to weave sustainability practices into various business areas, track and report on ESG performance, and connect with stakeholders to share the organisation's sustainability initiatives.
